Are You Ready for a Challenge?

Intermediate Yoga is for women who feel comfortable with a more challenging class.  We will focus on balance and strength as we practice intermediate poses.  This class is for those who have been practicing Yoga on a regular basis for at least six months.  We will move beyond basic technique and learn how to relax into our poses.
