· We work on our core muscles to help rebuild them after childbirth.

· We incorporate baby massage and baby yoga into our program which help with baby’s digestion.

We encourage kissing, cooing, and cuddling during the class.

Mommy/Baby Bonding Time

This yoga is for new mothers and infants that are 6 weeks through 12 months.  We do poses that will help the mothers rebuild their core muscles and help them develop strong arms.  There are is also baby yoga to help the infants with digestion and muscle development.  Mommies bond with babies and everyone has a lot of fun.
