Come and see for yourself how Yoga is beneficial for everyone. Even those who do not feel comfortable getting down on the floor can practice Chair Yoga. In this class we use a chair for seated poses and do simple standing poses for strength. All levels are welcome as we stretch and strengthen our back, legs, arms, and neck. Everyone gets a well rounded workout. |
